Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support virtual onboarding initiatives alongside Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
• Authenticate medical protocols and qualifications for advanced cell therapy treatments
• Assess and align SOPs and protocols with our client’s stringent compliance standards
• Partner with the commercial team to facilitate account activation and enhance onboarding procedures
• Relay critical issue updates to MSLs and key internal parties
• Administer REMS training and conduct additional educational sessions on product management
  
  

Professional Skills

• Proven capability to operate independently and collaboratively within diverse team structures
• Expertise in SOP development, particularly in healthcare environments
• Proficient in Microsoft systems and healthcare informatics applications
• Comprehensive knowledge of US healthcare compliance, legal, and regulatory frameworks
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in clinical or research settings focused on hematology
• Advanced educational qualifications: MSN, DNP, PA, or PharmD
