Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the center's daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the front office runs smoothly and is well-maintained
  • Manage opening and closing responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and parents
  • Lead and supervise up to 100 personnel as the center expands
  • Responsible for staff's weekly schedules and patient appointments
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment, replenishing as required
  • Report and coordinate the resolution of facilities-related issues, working closely with vendors and maintenance teams
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create a customer-focused culture
  • Dedication to fostering inclusion and belonging for all
  • Adhere to and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • Minimum of two years managing a healthcare facility
  • Experience interacting positively with patients
  • Associate degree in healthcare administration preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Travel

The Center Manager may occasionally travel for in-person meetings, conferences, or training. Travel time is paid, and mileage can be expensed.
