Our company is developing advanced technology in the fields of neuromodulation and AI, with potential applications in sleep disorders, cognitive enhancement, and healthspan extension.
Opportunity:
NeuroLight is at the forefront of neuromodulation technology and AI-based therapy, developing innovative solutions with potential applications in various fields including sleep health, cognitive performance, and overall wellness. Our patented, non-invasive brain stimulation technology has shown promising results in pilot studies.
Key highlights:
Successful completion of two pilot studies with results reported at neuromodulation conferences and published
Secured Phase I NSF/SBIR grant
Developed beta prototype ready for clinical study
Developed AI chatbot for Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
Initial focus on addressing insomnia, with plans to expand into broader medical, consumer, and wellness applications
You Are:
An experienced leader with a strong background in startup growth, preferably in the medical device or healthcare technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven track record in leading companies through various growth stages
Passion for innovative technologies and their potential to improve health outcomes
Exceptional skills in leadership, strategic planning, and team building
Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor relations
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
Background in neuromodulation is a plus but not required
Background in sleep is a plus but not required
Strong business acumen and market insight
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Experience in bringing medical devices or health technologies to market is highly valued. While an MBA can be beneficial, we prioritize relevant experience and a genuine enthusiasm for advancing disruptive healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including seed funding and non-dilutive grants
Recruit and manage a high-performing team
Oversee research initiatives and clinical studies
Guide regulatory compliance efforts
Develop and implement product launch and market entry strategies
Build strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders
