TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a contract Change Management Consultant.

Change Management Consultant Job Summary:

You will play a pivotal part in managing and facilitating organizational changes across various ongoing and upcoming projects, primarily focusing on technical IT initiatives but also encompassing construction, process, and cultural projects.

• Partner with project/program managers and project sponsors/stakeholders to build an understanding of ongoing projects and their impending impact on the workforce.
• Focus on the direct impact of individual projects such as new technology implementations or process changes on people, rather than grand, organizational changes.
• Drive adoption and reinforcement efforts for changes associated with projects.
• Develop and execute strong communication strategies around project-related changes to ensure smooth transitions and high levels of engagement.
• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to new systems, processes, and cultural changes.

Change Management Consultant Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management.
• Prosci and/or CCMP certification required.
• Experience working in or with a Strategic Projects Office or similar environment.
• Familiarity with IT initiatives and technology implementations.
• Adaptability to manage changes in a variety of project types, including construction, process, and cultural projects.
