SYSTEMTEC is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist for a remote, long-term opportunity. This position will focus in the analysis, stakeholder communications, and communication of IT-related aspects in the OCM organization.
Required Qualifications of the OCM Specialist:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
3+ years of organizational change management ("OCM") experience in an organization.
ITIL experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
Responsibilities of the OCM Specialist:
Identity stakeholders, document requirements, and work with users to support OCM efforts.
Facilitate and gather content to support OCM initiatives.
Provide corporate communication across the organization as it relates to OCM updates, changes, and / or IT transformations.
Work Location:Remote. Candidates must currently reside in SC or NC.
