Job Title - Channel Sales Manager

Location - City of Industry, CA

Full time

Salary - $150k- 200k +Benefits

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Job Description:

  • Lead and develop the sales team to penetrate mainstream markets.
  • Establish and maintain communication with brands, developing strategies to increase market conversion and brand sales.
  • Work closely with major clients, including Unilever, to sell their food products through local sales channels.
  • Collaborate with brands to complete market sales activities and exceed sales targets.
  • Enhance brand and product sales influence in the US domestic market.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the sales team, which currently consists of 3-5 people.

Key Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and develop new sales channels.
  • Strong background in the food industry with local sales channels experience.
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a growing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work onsite and travel as required
