Position Title: Chemical Engineer

Location: Irvin CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct research to enhance existing processes and develop new ones.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and production teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues.
  • Prepare technical reports and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • years of experience in chemical or process engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and process design.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software Aspen Plus, HYSYS.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies Six Sigma, Lean.
  • Familiarity with automation and control systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD is a plus.
