Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing experiments to analyze stability, aspect, viscosity, and in-vitro experiments.
  • Collaborate with the research team to develop simplex and full formulas for facial products.
  • Prepare and deliver testing samples promptly to support internal and external collaborations.
  • Maintain precise experimental and stability records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Manage record-keeping using Microsoft Office, including organizing and analyzing experimental data.
  • Provide support in lab logistics, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in conducting routine laboratory tests, including pH testing, microscopy, and viscometer/rheometer analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in physical sciences or related field.
  • 2 years+ of experience in cosmetics industry preferred
  • Technical research experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with batching, weighing, and lab notebooks.
  • Autonomous worker with a good background in math and science.
  • Experience or familiarity with pH testing, microscopy, viscometer/rheometer, and foam analysis preferred.
