Job Description:

• Position may include completing formulas, following up on stability of formulas, and making adjustments to fix formulas as necessary, creating prototype formulas and performing modifications to meet product specifications.
• Providing creative and resourceful solutions to issues which may arise during the product development process.
• Interacting with various support groups within R&D and maintaining a minimum of 5 basic projects.

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in science-related field, 2 years+ of experience in cosmetics industry preferred, computer literacy, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, team-player and positive attitude.
