Role Description
This is a contract role for a Chief Editor at Santa Fe Trend Magazine art design culture. As the Chief Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the editorial process, managing a team of writers and editors, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of content. This is a hybrid role located in Santa Fe, NM, with flexibility for mostly remote work.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chief Editor in magazine work.
Excellent writing and editing skills, working with writers to gone thier work into perfection.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience managing a team
Proficiency in content management systems
Knowledge of SEO website and digital publishing
Understanding of art, design, and culture and direct knowledge of the commuities in northern NM by actual experience
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and foster ease and balance with your leadership
