Our client is a highly profitable and industry leading lower middle-market private equity-sponsored Oil & Gas Services enterprise with operations across the Marcellus Shale and Utica Basins. The business serves the production and midstream sectors of the oil and natural gas industry and offers a strong company culture to build from.

We are seeking an experienced middle-market executive with strong experience in oil & gas/oilfield services or engineering, procurement and construction services who can effectively deliver on the growth mandate, maximize cashflow, expand services into adjacent markets and lead the advancement of all functions across this organization. The CEO will have full P&L ownership and will be responsible for establishing process within the multiple disciplines under their direction. They will be responsible for driving productivity and performance initiatives, improving visibility across the entire organization and professionalizing all operations, ideally with experience preparing and leading a business through a successful exit. It will be advantageous for this individual to be well connected and networked in the national and regional natural gas sector.

The CEO will be working directly with an experienced private equity partner and equity will be offered as part of the attractive compensation structure.
