Position Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, enhancing profitability, and ensuring financial health as we expand our global footprint. The CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to execute our strategic vision, optimize capital allocation, and manage financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting processes to support the company’s growth objectives and business goals.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

- Drive cost management initiatives and operational efficiencies to improve profitability.

- Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities to fuel expansion.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

- Implement robust financial controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management protocols.

- Collaborate with department heads to align financial objectives with operational strategies.

- Prepare and present financial performance reports to the executive team and board of directors.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in the travel, events, or hospitality industries.

- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial modeling.

- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving profitable growth.

- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising initiatives.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- CPA, MBA, or other relevant financial certifications preferred.
