Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and build upon the finance function, including systems, processes, and controls.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to align financial strategy with growth objectives.
• Create and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives and present insights to the executive team and investors.
• Navigate the complexities of a private equity-backed environment.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team as the company scales.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including the board, investors, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in growth-stage healthcare technology or SaaS companies, ideally with revenues between ~$20M to ~$150M.
• Strong preference for experience in healthcare technology, employee engagement, or related SaaS platforms, including human capital technology.
• Proven track record in private equity-backed environments.
• Strong background in strategic finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI development.
• Experience in scaling businesses from ~$20M to ~$100M in revenue.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in detailed financial tasks while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
