Job Details
Must-Haves
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Experience
Minimum of 10
years in a senior finance role.
Demonstrated success in complex financial management, including stock redemption planning and trust accounts.
Experience with multi-policy invoicing in relevant industries.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of AMS 360 software.
Proficiency in budgeting tools and ERP systems.
Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, especially in managing financial operations across multiple locations.
Leadership
Proven ability to lead and restructure finance and accounting teams.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Sales, and Operations.
Compliance & Systems Management
Knowledgeable in managing compliance, audits, and financial reviews, including 401K audits and S-corp tax preparation.
Experience in overseeing financial software systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
