Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Responsibilities

  • Directing and preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports
  • Overseeing investment of funds and working with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion
  • Preparing financial projections and accounting services, growth plans, and directing staff
  • Developing organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, and analysis
  • Assisting with recruiting new staff members
  • Collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Marketing Officer (COO) to develop strategic plans
  • Analyzing financial reports ways to reduce costs

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years experience in accounting and financial management practices
  • Experience in a senior management position
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues
