Aescape is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who can drive significant business growth and elevate Aescape’s global brand awareness as we revolutionize the massage therapy industry. You'll be collaborating cross-functionally with executive leadership as we build strategic partnerships and launch our owned & operated retail stores. What You’ll Do

As a Chief Marketing Officer at Aescape you will:

  • Own the development and execution of Aescape’s B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive significant business growth and global brand awareness.
  • Execute on innovative international marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and repeat visits to both partners and Aescape's owned & operated retail locations
  • Spearheaded customer acquisition initiatives across global markets to increase revenue through data-driven loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies.
  • Lead a metrics-driven approach to marketing, establishing clear goals, milestones and regularly reporting on performance to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality marketing materials and presentations that resonate with our members, partners and retail stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives and board members to align marketing objectives with overall business goals and vision.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in C-level or senior executive roles, building a completely new brand or massively scaling an existing product or service.
  • 7+ years of experience in retail marketing with a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns that drive foot traffic, repeat visits, utilization, and in-store revenue.
  • An obsession with data-driven decision making with competencies in digital marketing analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Track record of driving customer acquisition including international markets.
  • Ideal industry experience includes an infrastructure marketplace, a high-growth digital wellness company, or service including hospitality or healthcare.
  • Strong leadership capabilities coupled with a hands-on approach to building, managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence both internal and external stakeholders including BOD.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
