Chief Marketing Officer

Our cardiology solutions client is currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead their marketing efforts and drive growth in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets in the U.S. cardiology market.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including brand management, product marketing, market research, digital marketing, public relations and customer marketing.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
• Collaborate with sales, product development and other departments to ensure effective product launches and market penetration.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement effective branding and positioning strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the cardiology community.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on cardiology.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. cardiology market, including key stakeholders, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media.
