Our services include design, UX/UI, Front-end, and Back-end Development.


Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join Rapid Dev in a full-time remote capacity. The CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring that our brand stands out in the competitive tech landscape. This role is critical for driving growth, enhancing our market presence, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Public Relations: Oversee all PR activities to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the industry. Build relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
  • Marketing Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, and content marketing.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Brand Development: Drive brand strategy to position Rapid Dev as a leader in the low-code/no-code space, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.


Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Extensive experience in Public Relations and Marketing Management
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and collaborating with sales teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the software development industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • A seasoned marketing leader with 10+ years of experience in scaling established marketing departments and driving significant company growth across diverse markets
