Key Responsibilities


- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with GreenNest’s mission, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention.


- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the target audience, primarily busy moms who value sustainability, through personalized communication channels.


- Brand Development: Create and enhance GreenNest’s brand identity and voice, ensuring it resonates with the values of the company and appeals to its customer base.


- Digital Marketing Strategy: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to increase brand awareness and engagement.


- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences, conducting market research to ensure offerings remain relevant and valuable.


- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with sustainable brands and organizations to enrich product offerings and expand reach.


- Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance and ROI.


- Community Building: Foster a community of eco-conscious families through events, online forums, and social media engagement, positioning GreenNest as a leader in sustainable family living.


Requirements


- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the e-commerce or sustainability sectors.
