What You’ll Do

- Utilize consumer data to create engaging and consumer-centric brand experiences across multiple channels.
- Marketing & Brand Positioning:
- Lead the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, highlighting our unique value proposition.
- Prioritize data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Harness the power of digital marketing to engage our audience and foster a vibrant community of wine enthusiasts.
- Product & Market Innovation:
- Drive innovation across all channels, spearheading new product development.
- Foster a culture of creativity within our team, creating compelling campaigns and branding opportunities.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and enhance the experience of our loyal consumers.
- External & Internal Communications:
- Assist in crafting our brand’s narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, supporting our team’s success.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to solidify our reputation and brand value.
- 15+ years of strategic marketing leadership experience in the luxury/lifestyle or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth and enhancing brand equity.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships.
