The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be a pivotal leader responsible for shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing executive with a strong background in B2B and D2C digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation, especially within the healthcare or technology sectors. The CMO will oversee all marketing functions to drive growth, customer acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and solidify brand as a leader in telehealth. This position demands strategic thinking, innovation, and a results-oriented approach to foster significant company growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision, goals, and growth objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing, results-oriented, and data-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Managing all aspects of marketing planning budgeting, metrics, and reporting.
  • Brand Development: Elevate and differentiate brand through compelling strategies and market messages, while owning and managing brand positioning, messaging, segmentation, and the overall marketing strategy.
  • Product Marketing: Participate in product development strategies and drive integrated marketing efforts to further enhance product marketing across all media, including but not limited to, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media and online advertising campaigns.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Design and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement and loyalty; while also utilizing market and competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine the product value proposition, and implement effective market entry strategies.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring it is allocated to trackable
  • programs, with a focus on optimizing the working pipeline to support the company’s revenue plan.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership (C-Suite) to develop and execute ongoing strategies, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets are met while also overseeing external agencies and marketing services relationships.
  • Innovation: Leads a dynamic team skilled in data analytics, generative AI, and omnichannel marketing to drive innovation, enhance customer experience, and elevate brand recognition for market leadership.



Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in DTC marketing leadership roles, with a focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, brand management, and demand generation. Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is highly desirable or highly-regulated industry experience.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high- growth environments, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and driving team performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to develop and implement actionable marketing plans that align with business goals, using data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and ensure effective execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making, with a proven ability to leverage insights to optimize marketing strategies and measure success.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. to drive cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Innovation: A proactive, creative thinker with a demonstrated history of identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies that engage customers and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
