We are looking for an operations expert that has professional experience managing all business operations across all departments and setting goals across the organization. The ideal candidate has expertise in developing scalable systems and a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making, time management, and organizational systems to maintain, drive, and improve the operational project management process.
The Business Operations Manager will manage the building of systems and solutions that improve processes while managing budgets to make sure that general business operations are running smoothly. Working closely with the Co-Founder and CEO, the Business Operations Manager will take ownership of all areas of strategic improvement across the organization while also making sure that all daily operations are successfully scaling and being maintained.

Responsibilities
- Refine strategic priorities with our executive team. Convert priorities into annual and quarterly goals, keep each team aligned towards their goals, and proactively monitor & drive each goal’s progress. - Design, implement, and maintain processes to ensure our CEO’s and company’s priorities are managed, tracked, and achieved. Recommend areas for continuous improvement - Identify and fix operational problems and project manage key company-wide tool integrations. - Create and manage weekly progress reports for every department in the company. - Develop roadmaps and orchestrate projects created by our CEO, as well as propose and execute on special projects - Work closely with our CEO to manage investor relationships, prepare updates, create material for board meetings, and strengthen our network of current and potential investors. - Assist in internal and external relationships (e.g. team, vendors, candidates, etc); communicate on behalf of our CEO. - Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding complex issues to arrive at a collaborative consensus and decision. - Determine and define clear daily deliverables, roles, and responsibilities required to meet specific project milestones. - Manage and improve company culture among existing and new employees.
- Bias towards action and ownership - Experience with hyper-growth start-up and sees the chaos as an opportunity for creating systemic solutions while also executing on the day-to-day - Excellent written English skills with ability to connect with executive-level stakeholders - Strategic thinking and a mastery of tactical details - Willingness to challenge, change, coach, and be coached - Great project management skills — we need someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented - An entrepreneurial, action-oriented, and independent spirit - Wants to work on real problems and products tangible to real people - Someone who is hungry to learn and willing to make mistakes :)
