Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's technology vision and roadmap
- Lead and manage all aspects of technology, including infrastructure, systems, software development, data management, and security
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions to support strategic objectives
- Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and trends
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning
- Budget and resource planning to optimize technology investments and ensure timely project delivery
- Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to technology
Location: New York City
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Deep knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of software development, infrastructure, and system architecture
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
- Experience managing technology budgets and resources
Salary: $250 000 Per Annum
