Child Welfare System Trainer/Content Developer Opportunity
Overview
7-month contract available for a Trainer/Content Developer to support the implementation of Child Welfare System (CWS) modules.
Local candidates only, hybrid position with the possibility of up to 75% statewide travel required.
Compensation of up to $30/hour on W-2 basis. Must be a US Citizen or green card holder.
Responsibilities
Design and develop training materials for the statewide Child Welfare system.
Facilitate creative classroom and virtual training sessions for employees working in Child Welfare programs.
Collaborate closely with various teams including Training Lead, Applications Lead, Development & Testing teams, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
Experience in developing, modifying, and maintaining Captivate, Camtasia, Word templates, scripts, and PowerPoint.
Ability to revise training materials to effectively instruct adult learners.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with SharePoint and JIRA.
