Role: Cisco Voice Engineer

Note: Need GC, GC-EAD, US-Citizen

Location: (100% Remote)

Job Description

  • Expertise in Design, Testing, Implementation and Administration of Voice systems such as, Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Telepresence and WebEx, VCS, Expressway, Jabber, TPS, MRA, Conductor, and UCCE in a complex multisite configuration.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, Cisco routers, switches, and other network infrastructure devices.
  • Hands on knowledge of SIP, H.323 (IP), H.320 (ISDN), TCP/IP
  • Hands on experience in designing and configurating SIP trunking and call routing via SBC's (Acme Packet, Cisco CUBE, etc)
