We are seeking a strategic visionary to join a PEM as Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO). This role is for an experienced leader with a proven track record in scaling companies through advanced and innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in healthcare and private equity, bringing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities. This position requires relocation to Arizona. Ready to drive the organization forward and make a meaningful impact?

Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the strategic IT plan to support the organization's future goals, ensuring a robust technical infrastructure.
  • Establish and enforce security policies for data protection, compliance, and confidentiality, including HIPAA, PHI, and FINRA regulations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions to drive innovation.
  • Provide strategic direction for the cybersecurity program, ensuring agility to adapt to evolving threats.
  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships with technology vendors and manage contract negotiations.

Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in IT, with expertise in systems architecture, security design, and regulatory compliance. With a minimum 4+ years CIO CITO experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare/senior living industry highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in BI platforms, software development, ERPs, Microsoft SQL, and strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
