Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a talented team of civil engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development within the department.
Requirements:
Professional Engineer (PE) License in NC preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of local and state regulations and codes
