Civil Engineer- Land Development

Windsor is looking for an energetic Civil Engineer that is a positive team member who takes ownership for their work, exhibits the right attitude, and has a desire for constant improvement. This position location is flexible as a Remote role, near Kalispell, MN.

Qualifications:

• 4+ experience in Civil3D modeling and drafting
• Bachelor of Science- Civil Engineering or similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to prepare, read and understand construction plans and technical documents
• Previous experience in Land Development or Stormwater beneficial
• Strong drafting and design skills and ability to work on a team
• Knowledge of basic MS office skills including Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and your own transportation

Accountabilities:

• Assist our Project Engineers with a wide variety of infrastructure projects around the United States. You will perform engineering project design, drafting, and plan set production from verbal direction, sketches, and field data, under direct supervision of an engineer or senior technician.
• Perform basic design computations, preliminary layout and design drawings, researching and preparing rough drafts of preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Assist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off estimates.
• Assist with technical report writing for both land development and public municipal projects.
