Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, NJ PE required
4+ years of experience working with municipal clients and managing infrastructure projects
Knowledge of New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, Residential Site Improvement Standards, and Local Public Contracts Law
Experience with civil design, bidding, project management, and land development applications
Familiarity with New Jersey Stormwater Management/MS4 permit regulations and other state regulatory requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office products; GIS experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exposure to public testimony for Planning or Land Use Boards is a plus
