as a Client Service Associate, you’ll play an important role in listening, understanding and responding to clients' needs
enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors
keep contact management systems up-to-date with client information
educate clients on account services and capabilities
help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
organize logistics of team marketing events, develop and maintain team marketing materials provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Your team You’ll be working with a team of Wealth Management Americas Financial Advisors Grant Brown, John Lisy, Matthew Schwalm and Kristan Rowland in the Chicago location.
We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.
Your expertise
ideally 3-5 years of client service experience
college degree is preferred focusing on business administration, economics or finance
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies
detail and service oriented (nothing gets past you)
good written and verbal communication skills
team player with good interpersonal skills
