We’re looking for a Client Associate to:
Support the Branch with Operational tasks
Greet our clients and provide exceptional front desk assistance.
Support Financial Advisors in day to day administrative tasks as required.
Maintain Office Supplies And Other Branch Functions.
Your team
You will be working in our Charlotte, North Carolina office and supporting a group of Financial Advisors, Management Team, and other administrative support employees within the branch.

Your expertise
- ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- excellent phone skills utilizing Microsoft Teams
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
