We at Coforge are hiring Client Director, Insurance with the following skillset:
This is an account management role wherein the candidate has to essentially be a market facing leader with growth as their overriding agenda.
This role will focus on growing the portfolio exponentially with remarkable business margins across the existing set of accounts with a focus on one key large account.
The growth will be driven by expanding existing client relationships and opening scalable new relationships & business within the existing account.
Focus on large deals ($20mn+ Minimum), scale existing Fortune 500 client relationships and setup our business for the client across the globe.
Additionally, the role collaborates with relevant Coforge service lines, pre-sales and delivery teams to structure value proposition proposals and negotiate contracts for clients.
The ideal candidate would have a strong successful sales experience, leadership experience and a good understanding of the insurance industry.
Competencies Required:
Market facing, high energy sales person with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
12+ years experience; proven credentials of driving breakthrough sales growth.
Credentials in generating and closing deals and nurturing existing relationships by leveraging a multi-disciplined bid team and creating solutions which resonates with the clients (not just responding to RFP’s).
Collaborator
Understand strengths and development needs of all internal stakeholders and drive full potential by leveraging strengths and coaching on development needs.
Ability to deal with ambiguity - Able to come out with solution by bringing in clarity & with quality assumptions.
