Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. This role is integral to our mission of fostering the next generation of leadership and scaling our national contingent labor programs, whether managed internally by clients or through strategic partnerships with Managed Services Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)


As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing expansion strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your focus will be on expanding our footprint, increasing market share, and exceeding client expectations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Enterprise clients and MSP program sponsors, positioning Mindlance as a trusted partner.
  • Collect market intelligence on client trends, key initiatives, potential opportunities, and competitive landscape to support informed decision-making and sustain a competitive advantage
  • Create and implement targeted sales strategies that align with company goals and effectively position Mindlance’s comprehensive service offerings to program sponsors.
  • Collaborate closely with field sales and delivery/recruiting leadership to ensure optimal performance across the client portfolio.
  • Partner with Account Managers to foster stronger relationship with the contingent program desk and align with the contingent program expectations.
  • Provide oversight on day-to-day client interactions and transactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, addressing issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide guidance to ensure program compliance and address any gaps.
  • Provide leadership in client review meetings, offering strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, SLAs, and rates, securing favorable terms for new client engagement
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting, providing visibility into performance and growth opportunities.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales and client management, with a proven track record of driving business expansion
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging business leaders and executive sponsors at large enterprises and MSPs.
  • Experience selling staffing (workforce) solutions across various skill categories, including Technology, Business Professional, Clinical, and Call Center
  • Experience collaborating with geographically diverse teams and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the US as needed.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High-energy, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership.
