Job Summary:
- The Client Relationship Manager reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with clients and potential client and identifying new client opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, client customers and potential clients
- Champion client and potential client needs
- Escalate sensitive situations appropriately to executive management
- Maintain confidentiality within the management work group
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer experience through excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and follow through
- Demonstrate ability and desire to assist company growth through communication to existing clients about products and services
- Understand fully the products and services offered by Valligent
- Recommend products and services that best fit the client’s scope of work
- Communicate with leadership team on new opportunities and best practice for onboarding new clients
- Handle client reporting analysis as needed to ensure turn times and client SLAs are in line with expectations
- Understand the client communication path and process
- Strong judgement ability to make the best decision possible for the client and the business
- Comprehend and understand order workflows in a client management system
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency using communication technology – MS Teams, Go to Meeting, etc.
- Good planning and organizing
- Good critical, decision making and judgement
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong multi-tasking in a dynamic, demanding environment
- Takes initiative in all aspects
- High level of discreetness and professionalism
- Minimum 45 wpm typing
Education and Experience:
- Knowledge or experience with real estate, appraisal management companies, appraisals, or loan production
- Customer Service back ground experience required
- Bachelors’ degree preferred but not required
