Client Reporting Associate

About The Company

Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Client Reporting Associate is part of the firm’s middle-office team and is responsible for overseeing the production, review, approval, distribution and retention of client reports.

Responsibilities

  • Independently produce global standard and custom client reports
  • Collaborate on new and existing client reporting requirements and requests
  • Maintain quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and report accuracy
  • Understand client’s line of business, strategies, and structures in order to assist with questions and advise
  • Coordinate information and data flow into and out of the report production process
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s business, investment strategies, data, policies and procedures to enable effective communication with global business owners
  • Utilize Excel skills to assist in solving complex problems, as well as, review and enhance current Excel work-flow and functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience interacting with multiple teams and levels within a company
  • Adept at operating in high-volume and deadline-driven environments

Salary Range

$85,000-$110,000
