Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Client Reporting Associate is part of the firm’s middle-office team and is responsible for overseeing the production, review, approval, distribution and retention of client reports.
Responsibilities
Independently produce global standard and custom client reports
Collaborate on new and existing client reporting requirements and requests
Maintain quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and report accuracy
Understand client’s line of business, strategies, and structures in order to assist with questions and advise
Coordinate information and data flow into and out of the report production process
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s business, investment strategies, data, policies and procedures to enable effective communication with global business owners
Utilize Excel skills to assist in solving complex problems, as well as, review and enhance current Excel work-flow and functions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience interacting with multiple teams and levels within a company
Adept at operating in high-volume and deadline-driven environments
Salary Range
$85,000-$110,000
