As a Client Scheduling Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring that our consulting engagements run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments between clients and our consulting team
  • Collaborate with our consultants to determine their availability and book their schedules accordingly
  • Monitor and maintain the consulting team's calendars to ensure all client appointments are properly scheduled and attended
  • Communicate any changes or updates to client appointments in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client scheduling activities
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the scheduling process and implement efficiency measures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
