We are seeking to hire a Client Service Analyst. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience working in a fast-paced environment and who has previously held a similar position within the investment management industry or in fund administration. He/she will be responsible for monitoring and responding to day-to-day client inquiries requiring close collaboration with our third-party fund administrators and internal teams. A successful candidate will assist in many varied aspects of servicing clients, including but not to be limited to ongoing investor requests and questionnaires, oversight of the firm’s client portals, coordination with the firm’s fund administrators, and support for the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client investment portfolios, ensuring they align with clients' investment objectives and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to maintain and improve client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with the Investment team to understand and communicate investment strategies and performance to clients.
- Work closely with the Fund Administration team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of client portfolio performance and other client-specific reports.
- Participate in client meetings and calls, providing updates on investment performance and addressing client inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve client service processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment management, client service, investor relations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and portfolios, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of fund administration and reporting processes is a plus.
- CFA, CFP, or similar certification is a plus.
