Client Service Analyst

Grow your career as a Client Service Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be an intermediate to advanced Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. Will assist in implementing, maintaining new, and existing transactions. Contract Duration: 5+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to 5 years of experience (e.g. operations, transaction management, product management).
• Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients.
• Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge.
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency (ABS, MBS and CLO).
• Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions.
• Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant rate reset notices.
• Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to the company.
• Assist with management of document custody request of releases.
• Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.
• Adhere to company Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance.
• Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients.
