Review client contracts, proposals, invoices, and other documents/data sources.
Prepare reports and analyses, including reviewing information for accuracy and formatting appropriately for internal usage and client presentations.
Enter data in Excel spreadsheets and the company database and assist with client document management.
Respond to team members and clients request via phone and email, participate in client conference calls and virtual meetings.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance OR equivalent experience
1+ year of customer service experience required
1+ year of data analysis experience highly desired
Strong numbers skills
Must have a high attention to detail, proactive communication, and superior customer-service skills
