Our client is a dynamic alternative investment firm and is hiring a Client Services Associate who will be responsible for onboarding new investors, managing ongoing requests from current investors, and assist with investor reporting.
Responsibilities
Liaise with fund administrator, prospects, and investors to facilitate investor onboarding
Review incoming investor requests and project manage both internal and external groups to ensure timely completion
Assist with data analysis and visualization for inclusion in investor reports for RFIs, monthly/quarterly status updates, etc
Partner closely with IR team to respond to ongoing ad hoc requests from investors
Review investor capital activity and facilitate interactions between the fund administrator and investors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of experience in a client facing role
Experience with reporting software’s
Advanced Excel skills
Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000
