Client Services Associate

We are a midsize Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We've spent over 20 years providing investment and wealth management services to our clients. We're seeking a Client Service Associate or Senior Client Service Associate to join our growing team!

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage onboarding of new clients and investments by collecting and processing documentation
• Collaborate with advisors and analysts to for client related tasks and requests
• Responsible for all money transfer requests and movements
• Liaise and interact with advisors and custodians
• Interfaces with money managers regarding investment activity and administration for KYC and AML requests
• Monitor investment activity reports.
• Client verification
• Liase between tax associates during tax season
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar field
• 1+ year of experience in a client service role within the financial services industry, an RIA firm or relevant internship
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce or similar
• DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer (major plus).
• Series 65 or 66 preferred
