Job Title: Client Solution Manager


Position Purpose:


Working with current and prospective Fortune 500 clients, the Client Solutions Manager identifies staffing opportunities and works to build long-lasting relationships with hiring managers to ultimately make Matlen Silver their choice in staffing providers.


Essential Functions:

• Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.

• Understand client business and initiatives, as well as client-specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning.

• Lead meetings in an efficient and professional manner; set expectations, negotiate terms and timelines as needed.

• Encourage a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.

• Supervise team of assigned recruiters to effectively manage pipelines, activity and goals.

• Prospect while servicing and building relationships with existing clients, involving face-to-face interaction with them.

• Generate sales leads, cold call prospective clients, and set client meetings.

• Actively support existing account leadership in the development and execution of account growth plans.

• Achieve agreed-upon weekly and monthly goals.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

• Two years of experience in the staffing industry (preferred but not required); IT staffing is a plus.

• Experience with selling to or managing enterprise-level accounts.

• Strong Google and G Suite application skills.

• Proven negotiation skills.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills.

• Strong organizational skills along with excellent written/verbal communication skills.

• Must possess strong problem-solving expertise and ability to interact with all levels of leadership.

• Experience with working remotely and independently.
