Day to day, you are responsible for creating and managing a library of clinical content as it relates to clinical workflows in Homecare Homebase.
Key Responsibilities
Engage users to understand problems to be solved and efficacy of solutions
Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve
Manage the quality, prioritization, and tactical execution of clinical forms, assessments, clinical quality measures and other documentation in collaboration with the EHR product management team
Educate users on new clinical content by creating and/or contributing to release notes, feature overviews, and webinars
Demonstrate ability to be self-directed with excellent organizational, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Analyze relevant data to uncover trends and correlations to develop insights that can materially improve clinical workflow
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nursing license or other healthcare professional license required
2 or more years of related work experience
Must have knowledge or previous experience working within a home-health care setting
Knowledge of current clinical nomenclature, classification systems, anatomy, and physiology required; claims processing and CMS policy knowledge preferred
Working knowledge of the home health value-based purchasing payment model
Must have a working knowledge of medical-legal rules and regulations that govern the confidentiality and release of medical information, with the ability to interpret and implement the standards
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
Proven ability to innovate and execute on business objectives
Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholder groups
Ability to document and communicate knowledge of procedures and techniques
This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (25%)
