The Clinical Team Lead is a Neurotechnologist (NT) appointed to assist the clinical manager in overseeing a subset of accounts and NTs. This position is integral to the customer service and employee engagement missions of the organization. The team lead will serve to bridge communication between the management team and NTs as well as between key account stake holders and the clinical manager. This person will be one of the faces of the organization in the accounts.
Essential Duties
Fulfill all functions of the Neurotechnologists role
Participate in the education of NTs as assigned, additionally help train other NTs in the region
Provide assistance to NTs in and out of the operating room
Working with the management team, assist in communicating new policies and procedures to NTs as well as any NT concerns to the management team
Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel
Work with the clinical manager to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Implement customer service programs within the accounts
Participate weekend/PM call rotation
Assist in maintaining team credentials and identifying the need for additional credentialing
Assignment of case coverage within the team
Travel as needed
