Clinical Trial Manager

Salary: $135-160K

Company Summary: A game changing I-O focused biotech with ambitions to change the landscape of antibody based autoimmune therapies, is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager to support their in house Ph. 1 Lupus study. Based in Foster City, this role is hybrid with the flexibility for remote (West Coast hours). They have 2 programs in development across 7 indications (heme onc, solid tumor, and autoimmune) with 2 in the clinic. They're looking for a motivated CTM to join their team

The CTM will be responsible for:

• Leading in house study management of FIH/Ph I clinical studies
• Managing and coordinating different aspects of clinical monitoring and site management; in house study management experience is preferred
• Overseeing vendors related to study execution and timelines
• Coordinating and contributing to the design of study materials such as clinical protocols, amendments', informed consent, forms, and other clinical research documents
• Overseeing CTA management of site start-up activities
• Periodic travel (~30%)

An ideal candidate for this role MUST have…

• 5+ years of biopharma industry experience
• 2+ years of direct trial management, autoimmune / immunology trials REQUIRED
• In house study management experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related discipline
• A working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines
