Location: Houston, TX ( Hybrid 3-days on-site, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6-month contract
The client is creating a platform to do real time trading in the cloud, so this person will be responsible for the Network connectivity to get this in place, leveraging a dedicated circuit to connect to Azure cloud to a data center where ISE trading is located.
Requirements
8-10 years of network experience, that has turned into cloud (AWS and Azure) in the last few years
Adopted cloud methodology for the last 2+ years
Write a build guide- taking it from soup to nuts. Write out how it’s built, turn it over to operations and let them build it
Pilot buildouts
Strong documentation skills
This person will document how this was done, so if it needs to be done again in the future this guide can be referenced
Multicast experience
Use REST APIs to tap into that remotely
Cloud architect-- doing pilots of proof of concepts
