Position Summary: The UCC Search Specialist is responsible for reviewing bank statements and Accounts Receivables Reports to identify delinquent merchants’ receivables, maintaining organized records, and ensuring the collection of amounts determined in Future Receipts Sale Agreements. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with the Collections and Legal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with payment processor contacts to ensure efficient collections execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Field multiple daily requests for asset searches, prioritizing the most urgent
Analyze documents via online portals during asset searches
Consistently record asset search results and collections updates
Communicate effectively with Collections, Management, Payment Processors, and Merchants
Craft and iterate collections processes with technological improvements
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and department demands simultaneously
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: 3-5 years in enforcing Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, preferably with Future Receipts Sales Agreements
Language Ability: Read and interpret documents; write reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems with concrete variables; interpret instructions in various forms
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and SharePoint
