Prioritized Must Have Skills For The Commercial Leasing Agent
#1. Commercial & retail leasing experience regionally and nationally.
#2. Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting and budget management.
Responsibilities Of The Commercial Leasing Agent
Develop relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking, on a local, regional, and national level.
Lease retail space to tenants on a national and regional level. Focus on co-tenant mix and design that enhances both destination and impulse buying.
Perform daily leasing & management duties in a retail space, interfacing with all tenants, vendors, and other personnel to professionally lease & maintain company retail properties.
Canvassing national and regional contacts for potential tenant prospects.
Initiate and maintain relationships with existing tenants.
Assist in identifying new acquisition development projects and identify existing projects through expansion.
Requirements Of The Commercial Leasing Agent
Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial property leasing or student graduates with entrepreneur and leadership education encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting, and budget management
Proven track record of success
