Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote

Company Overview: We are an independent brokerage that has been in business for 50+ years! We are headquartered in Atlanta, but are looking to hire remotely. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for another Commercial Account Manager to join our team. We have been named one of Atlanta's top 10 P&C brokerages.

Position Overview: The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for providing outstanding and proactive customer service to clients, as well as managing day-to-day operations of commercial accounts. The primary goal is to strengthen relationships, promote client retention, and ensure that all transactions are completed timely and accurately. This role is fully remote!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain commercial accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outreach, follow-up, and service requests.
• Review and process requests, policies, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Advise clients on coverage options, risk management strategies, and insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or other software.
• Maintain current knowledge of insurance market trends, products, and services.
• Collaborate with team and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred
• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in an Account Manager role.
• Must have an active P&C license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software related to the job.
