The Communications Agent will play a key role in enhancing the public image and communication strategy of our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, crafting compelling content, and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of media relations and digital communication tools.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals. Handle media inquiries and manage press coverage.
Internal Communications: Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent internal messaging. Draft internal newsletters, announcements, and employee communications.
Social Media Management: Manage the organization's social media presence, including creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
Brand Management: Ensure that all communications are aligned with the company's brand identity and values.
Crisis Communication: Assist in developing and implementing crisis communication plans, including drafting statements and managing media responses during sensitive situations.
Research and Analytics: Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences. Analyze communication efforts to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
